VPS25-9 pumps are of the canned-rotor type, i.e. the pump and motor form a single unit without shaft seal that uses only two sealing gaskets. Bearings are lubricated with pumped liquid .

These pumps feature:

Ceramic radial bearings;

Carbon thrust bearing;

Stainless steel protective rotor can and bearing plate;

Impeller made of corrosion-resistant material;

Cast iron pump housing with cataphoretic coating.

Pumps are supplied with a three-speed motor.

Two- or four-pole asynchronous squirrel-cage motor.

A terminal box can be easily opened and is equipped with clips for cable connection.

A cable inlet has a sealing and device to reduce mechanic stress in the cable.

The cable inlet can be protruded outside from the guide bush for easier installation.

Easy access to the terminal box with a cable tension compensator.

The motor complies with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD).

There are different configurations with different positions of terminal boxes to provide correct cable connection.
